1. Refunds or returns are not supported after the order is unboxed unless there is a quality problem.

2. We do our best to pack our products carefully, but we cannot guarantee that the boxes will arrive in perfect condition due to international shipping. We want to make it clear that any damage to the outer packaging is the result of the delivery company handling it, which is beyond our control.
